Yeah this would be the big one. I would guess people would probably just give the finger to the GOV and not register jack. The second they started enforcing though.... that would be Concord all over again.:36_1_30:

I have no faith in the will of Americans to defy their government or to hold it to the plain language of the 2nd amendment. Most will rush in droves to register and license their qualifying firearms, hoping to appease the big bully rather than fight him.

it seems this bill is dead in the water..for now. They've been trying to introduce it since 07 at least, as far as I know and its failed each time.

Im not saying it cant happen, but it looks like for now at least, it wont. But that doesnt mean stop giving exposure to their attempts! Tell everyone!

There was a thread(Electric Amish) around here where I talk a about a very close call I had I just had the other day(thought I was being set up to get robbed).

If I have another close call like that .....I will issue my own CCW based on need and common sense.

Obviously, Eric Holder, Rahm Emmanuel, Chuck Schumer, Diane Feinstein, et al., ad nauseum, simply do not want me to defend liberty.

Since these vocal enemies of the Bill of Rights have made their opinions known, I believe it would be in the best interests of the children to imprison these insurrectionists, and re-distribute their wealth in order to purchase guns and ammo for those less fortunate.

I see a day when the Washington DC INFRASTRUCTURE will be shut down via violence TO THE INFRASTRUCTURE.

Expect to see power plants, water processing plants and sewage processing plants will be shot up, blown up, burned down.

And ALL THOSE POLITICIANS will be left sitting in the dark shouting that 'someone needs to do something'...

While it would be interesting to see the government attempt to call in the National Guard for help, DC doesn't have any that I'm aware of. So that leaves the US military. Which WILL CAUSE even more problems.

THE IRA shut down the British Army Special Forces guys that attempted to round them up.

And at ANY TIME, there was less than 400 (say maybe 300 ... hint, hint) and the SAS never HAS gotten control of this situation. And it's been that way for more than forty years.

And it's a SMALL COUNTRY that doesn't LEGALLY allow weapons. Especially the 'military style' of weapons.

Just sayin...
